I have mineral rights to 160 acres in Homestead ND and wondered what sign bonus and royalty rate are.
Section, Township and Range would be helpful as that is how leases are filed. Bonus amounts are not public, but royalty rates may be. We need a precise location in order to search.
Township 146 North, Range104 West, McKenzie County, 5th P.M.
Section 2: E2SW, W2SE
2-146N-104 W has five leases filed in the last 10 years. The highest royalty has been 1/6th. Last lease was in 2012. The only recent lease in the township was in sec 36 for 3/16ths. That township is not in the main area of interest at this time.
