Mitchell, I see a well drilled in 2015 just north of you in Township 147 Range 104 Section 36 which doesn’t look great but not really poor either. Same with another well from 2011 in Township 147 Range 104 Section 34. I see two locations were granted mid 2017 but they were never drilled. Best I have at the moment.
The cost of drilling has come way down. They generally don’t need $100 oil anymore. In my opinion $70 a barrel is now equivalent to high $90’s in 2008 for profitability. I hope you get some action.
