Mckenzie county ND mineral lease expiring need help with value

My family owns the minerals to 400 acres in McKenzie County with present lease expiring in May. Legal is 146/104/ section 26 E 1/2 and section 10 SW 1/4. We have had a couple of top lease offers and would like to know others opinion of the value. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Anyone else in my kneck of the woods with an idea?

IMO your minerals are far more valuable to you unleased rather than leased. I would sit on them and await further developments in your area.

Value as far as leasing or selling? I would make certain that you sign with one of the better operators. There are a lot of lease brokers around and there is no need to sign with one in ND.

Looks like you are in an excellent spot. With unusually advantageous circumstances. At the very least I'd hire a professional to help you. RWK
