What tonship and range? You can look it up on the north dakota oil and gas commision. Look it up on the GIS map server. Check and see if wells were drilled in your township. See if any new wells and if they have came off the confidential list. See how productive they are. If they are doing 2000 BPD you can get a real good lease. We got an offer of 20% and $750 acre signing bonus from a company. Williams County. lots of people are getting 500 acre and 20%around the Bakken.
