I have approx. 700ac in McKean Co. (Ceres & Annin Twp) Pennsylvania and 180ac (Sharon Twp) in Potter Co. Does anyone know what they are worth (terms for a lease)?

You could contact the companies that are actively leasing in the area. Ask for the landman that handles those counties and see if they are interested. Their are on-line sites where you can list your open acreage for oil and gas companies to bid on. Let me know if you need further information.
