I have 2 section n McClain county sec 25 6n 4w and 36-6n-4w
I inherited these from my grandparents, I’m hoping someone can tell me if there is activity at these 2 section I’ve asked family and i guess its top secret idk SAMUEL is our family name any information would be greatly appreciated
You need to make sure that your name and address on file in the McClain county courthouse so you get all the mailings. Casillas and Newfield has both filed cases for a horizontal well to go through those two sections. Some parts are dismissed; some were approved. The Whetstone 1-25-36WXH has been finished for a while, so you should be in pay status. Casillas is the operator. I just saw a talk from their VP last week. Quite encouraging. You may get offers to sell, but don’t jump at the first one or maybe even any of them. Contact Casillas and see what you need to do to get into pay status.
