Can anyone tell me what is going on in or around Section 30, Township 6N, Range 2W? My sister-in-law and her late husband’s two siblings each own 5 acres there and they have a man wanting to either lease or purchase it. He indicated that they intend to drill there. What would be a good offer for their minerals to lease and also to sell? I haven’t been keeping up on McClain County because I didn’t think I knew anyone with acreage there.
