I haven’t received any royalty payment in months and when they sent my 1099 they put on there that 14500 was for rent when they never have payed rent much less royalty payment. And EOG wants me to g wrong and I’m not going to do it. Pleao ahead and send that. 1099 form in even though i7ts
Not sure of your question. But sometimes “rents” are the same as lease bonus money.
If you post your section, township and range, we may be able to help you more clearly. When you lease, you get a bonus (which is sometimes called “rent”.) It is essentially a paid-up lease with your rentals all paid in one check up front. Please restate the rest of your question about EOG.
