We have mineral rights on the above acreage with Petrohawk.

The paperwork was completed on the M33 well Jan 14, Jan 2013. The API # is 29735219. It was listed as a closed-in well in Jan 2013. It has been producing since April or May 2013. At first they took it out in trucks but now they have a pipeline. Susan Rhyne with the Railroad Commission gave me the information.

Our land man Rusty Furnace said we would start getting royalties in Nov or Dec 2013.

When we didn’t get anything I contacted him and he told me he no longer works for Petrohawk and gave me the man’s name who took his place. His name is Joe Morin and I have been trying to reach him since Jan 24, 2014.

Does anyone know who he is or how to reach him? The number I have is 361-290-0970.

Look on their website and email their Owner Relations department. Sometimes I get a faster answer that way.
