If oil prices start to pick back up we might see some action in Mason County. Rome Trough, Rogersville Shale, Trenton-Blackriver formation, Loysburg formation; they could all be interesting with higher prices. I know they'll start out slow, offering $100/acre. But if interest picks up it won't take long to drive those prices a lot higher. Make sure to negotiate the royalty up a lot, too.
