Hello, can anyone tell me the current status of XTO’s Ranch Water Unit 1 in Martin Co. TX ? It’s on the RRC production site under Lse 64732 in Dist 8, but the production is showing “no report” since last October. Any ideas on how good the new wells may be ? I’m also curious about the reasoning behind having substantially fewer locations on Ranch Water Unit 1 as opposed to Ranch Water Unit 2 in the same sections. Thank you !
The wells are listed as Drilled UnCompleted or DUC. They have not been frac’d yet so cannot comment on performance yet. The wells are targeting several different reservoirs, so the spacing depends upon which well is in which reservoir and the predicted performance.
