Does anyone know what minerals are going for around Section 1, Block 38, T&P RY Co area of Martin County, Texas?
How expensive were the wells Diamondback Energy was drilling in this area (Chest Thumper 1-5 Unit area)?

The unit has made over 2.7 million barrels of oil and 5 million MCF of gas since coming online in April 2024. There are also 9 permits to the west.
