I have recently been informed that I have non-participating royalty interest in Martin Co, Tx. I was contacted by TOC Holdings and they would like to purchase it. This is all new to me. I know that the land has been producing since 2008. How do I transfer the royalty rights to my family? How do I find out what the royalties are to date? They clearly have not been paid to my family. How can I determine if the offer to purchase is fair? Thank you!
