Package of non-producing minerals for sale. Acquired from Chevron in 2005. Selling 75% of 1560 net acres acquired. The total net acres for sale is 1170 net acres at $150 per acre or $175,500. Please advise if you might have any interest in this package and I can email exhibit with land descriptions.
