I see a permit to drill on A-213 but not on your A-216.

We have already signed a lease with TR Energy for A~216..We are not sure about Osage, just kind of have a feeling we have mineral rights in Ok as well..They haven't contacted me yet, but they have some of the other family..So, if a permit to drill on A~213 does that mean they will have to get a new permit to drill on A~216? This stuff is confusing to me..

The Permit for A-216 will definitely be a separate Drilling Permit than the one for A-213.
To check on who owns other percentages to minerals in A-216 you will need to go to the Marion County Clerks office and go through the files and documents. Good luck with your minerals Thomas and have a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving.

I don't know if I can explain using the correct terminology, but the IH Johnson Survey, A-216, is there with the link that Clint Liles provided which has the approved permit for the S. Jefferies Survey, A-213, but you really, really have to read the document very closely to find it. Anadarko submitted a Form W-1 which listed a New Drill which the permit was approved (A-213), but they also submitted a Form W-1H which was the IH Johnson Survey, A-216 property. From what I can tell, both A-213 AND A-216 were approved for permits unless I am missing something. To my understanding, the existing well that is on the IH Johnson Survey, A-216, has been there since the 1980's. When you go to the link Clint Liles posted, right underneath where is says, "Status" click on the PDF which says "View Current W-1" and go to the 2nd page and it shows the IH Johnson, A-216, as an approved permit with the permit #.

You're a good detective finding that W-1H hidden in that permit. Thomas is right about a well approved for A-216. And a Horizontal well at that. A-216/Approved Permit # 770490-Clark Gas Unit Well # 1-H Anadarko E & P Onshore LLC.

clint, I thought I saw a link that u posted for A-216 Isaac H. Johnston that they got a permit to drill for gas? I can't seem to find it. Oh in Marion County of course. And do you know if there is a way to find out how many tracts we have on the 98.66 acres?
It seems to be hard to find anything on any of this..Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks for always helping each person that has questions..

Any new news if they are drilling yet on Isaac Johnson A-216? I know the permit was in place, but not sure if anything is going on or not
