This well was completed by the middle of May and has had at least two tanks of water hauled off. I feel that it is producing gas and has not had a pump added. Marathon had two more pads surveyed off right next to it. No completion of this well has been reported. We are landowners and mineral owners on this section. When we contacted the royalty department of Marathon they do not have us down for a divisional report or anything. We contacted them a month ago and then again last week. The people we talked to don’t seem to know anything about this well. We were on the pooling list and exhibit list for people concerned with this well. Our mineral lease is not with Marathon but with Staghorn. Staghorn also pooled on the section at a different spacing. Who in Marathon Oil do we contact that will give us some answers?
I would contact Marathon’s home office first in KCMO. Let them know the Staghorn details.
