Our family owns 10 acres in Dimmit County, TX and we are very interested in seeing the availablity for making it available for leasing for minerals. We own 100% land and rights. My current understanding is that drilling units are currently 320 acres.
So, knowing we would be in a pool of landowners, I am just curious how that process gets started, if there is someone we should contact, or is it just a "waiting" game?
I would appreciate any info on this or help from anyone else's experience... either through this forum or through email.
