I was sent information by xto’s lawyers, I have very little information on the well. How can I find out where it is located? it says that it is underlying section 23 Township 7S. Range 2E. Love County Oklahoma. Please help & Thank you in advance :sunglasses:

I am not seeing that well name in a permit list or a well list-yet. It may be pending. It looks like it will be located in sections 35, 26 and 23. You can tell from the well name. Do you have an OCC case number yet? Might be an infill well to the Exxon Fish 1-35H26X23 in the same sections.

Yes, I believe this is it 2023-001265

what did you mean by an infill, not familiar? And yes, it is located by the Fish.

Exxon has requested an additional well be allowed in the same Mississippian source of supply for that section as the Fish well. It is commonly called an infill well. Give the remaining reserves suggested in the order, there may be more infill wells in the future. The infill wells are designed to drain the reservoir in the most efficient manner.
