We have property in guernsey county in Ohio. We signed 3years ago on a 5 year lease with iron head resources they sold it to Encino last year. Three wells drilled South of Rt. 22 but we are north. Anyone have any incite as to ant new wells planned north of 22
One rig is running in Washington, going into Madison township. A few permits start in the NW of Center and go NW from the far NE corner of Cambridge into the bare edge in SE Liberty. A set of permits on the W of Londonderry that go north into Washington. Most of the current permits are south of 22.
we own property on Glenview rd and Encino recently contacted us about a well pad , they say that drilling wont start for 2 1/2 years, we don’t know much about the timeline of how this happens so any advise is greatly appreciated, we did hire an attorney to look it over
