Has anyone heard of any activity in Madison, Arkansas? I received an offer in November asking to purchase my minerals there. I didn’t respond; it was an unrealistic amount.
Don’t see much activity. Leasing is to the south. Most of it in the Smackover lithium play near the LA border.
