Low Production on gas well

What does "Liq 75 Gauge change|:on gas well’s record on RR Commission production site.? This well which started out strong has declined. Another well drilled at the same time remains strong. Mary Gilliam

Can you point us to which well / lease / operator you are talking about? Perhaps the TTC ID code and district?

Yes it is in Smith County and it is Diversified Production and the ID is 278734 , 3H. Duprey Survey. NE Overton.

I found this - to be honest, I have never seen this “75” disposition code in all my years of working with the Tx RRC site.

Below is screen shot of page 26 of the PDF attachment (Disposition codes).

The “Gauge Change” is the reason for the Code 75 - a decrease in oil stock / in this case 2 BO (disposition)

I took a look at this well (NE Overton 3H) - the decline you are seeing is to be expected from this type of Hz wellbore in this lower Cotton Valley SS / Bossier SS section (TVD around 11,800’). A 2015 completion with very small frac - only 646# proppant per foot with 25 BW per foot of lateral. Short lateral - only 3658’ of completed section.

Production graph below is monthly production - well is definitively it its last legs right now / very low pressure and easily loaded up with produced water that will negatively impact production.

Operator (Diversified) may be able to re-frac this well if the downhole mechanical situation merits this approach. I see that 5.5" casing is in place - this is optimum for re-frac option.
