Hi. I was contacted by someone from Petro Land, looking to lease area I inherited from my mom (less than an acre – about .95 acre) – leasing for Anadarko Petroleum out of Houston. Section 25 and 26 - can anyone tell me something about it? They are paying $1,000.00 per net mineral acre for a three (3) year lease with 1/4 royalties. Thank you. Kathy
