Does anyone have any information on current plans for drilling in this area? I see permitting all around my property but mine is held by production but not is in paying quantities and the couple of wells are vertical and very old. I have received a huge offer and am getting nowhere with the current operator or with the "experts" I have talked with. I have an appointment with and O&G lawyer but have a feeling that my case is too small for anyone to be interested in with only about 11 NMA. I am suspicious of the offer, have always been told not to sell, and don't need the money at this point in time.
