I was recently advised that we own 0.25 percent of a very small piece of land in mineral rights. Additionally, I was told that SM energy has a horizontal well under us and we should contact them. I did contact them and they stated that they did not have any information on us and that we had to give them our legal description of the property. How do I go about obtaining this? This land is in Big Spring in the Kentwood subdivision.
