Own interest in Block 25, Sec 5 H&TC Survey in Howard County and Lavaca Navigation Survey in Mitchell County, as well as Block 26, Sec 9, 16, 33, 34, 39, 40, 38 W/2, 15 S/2 and NE/4, last lease was 2012 for 3-year term. Was looking to sell partial interest. What would be a fair asking price?

Thanks Rodney. Based on what I’ve seen and heard in that area, you can likely fetch a price anywhere from $800 per net acre to $1500 per net acre. The tracts located in Howard will trend toward that higher number, whereas the tracts in Mitchell will be closer to that $800.
