Was recently contacted by a landman wanting to lease in the SE 1/4 of Township 25S Range 36E Section 11. Anyone else been approached in this area? Don’t own much but would like to make sure I don’t get cheated.

Lots of permits filed nearby to 24S-36E in the last 24 moths. Coterra had the ones to the south in section 14
