My family has mineral rights in Weld County, township 10N, range 64 and 65. Our 3 year lease was up in May and apparently EOG does not want to take the 2 year option to lease again. (That is according to Lonetree Energy who brokered the lease. ) How should we proceed to get them leased again by a different company?
