I’m a mineral owner in Oklahoma (based in the OKC area) and I’m looking for recommendations for a good, independent/reputable landman who works with mineral owners rather than just big operators.
Specifically, I’m needing help with [briefly describe your main needs, e.g.: "title curative work, verifying/curating ownership before signing division orders, running title on inherited interests, preparing affidavits or mineral deeds, or general valuation/research in Logon, Kingfisher, Grady, Kiowa counties.
A few things I’m prioritizing:

Someone experienced with Oklahoma records (county clerks, OCC filings, etc.)

Preferably a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) or AAPL member for ethics/quality assurance

Willing to take on smaller/individual owner projects (not just large company jobs)

Good communication and transparent pricing
I’ve seen positive mentions here of folks like Mark Oates, CPL at Star 46 Energy in Edmond—he got strong reviews in a Stephens County thread for similar work. Also companies like Bearcat Land or Twin Territories come up occasionally.
