Blaine is a very "hot" area right now and there are several offers going in that area. I'd suggest contacting more than one because it will depend on the activity around your section. However I did see that no one is currently leasing in that township/range and the only operator - Krumme Operating Co permitted a well in your section back in July 2015. API #35-011-23522. Did not see any production on it yet though. Good luck!
