I am getting offers to buy my mineral rights from a property in Freestone County. I’d like to know more about this property, like the actual location. The information I have is Simon Sanchez Survey, A-33, Leauge # 6 (I don’t know what that means). I don’t have a block number or anything else. Any help would be appreciated.
The Sanchez A-33 Survey is in the target area for a deep gas play focusing on the Bossier and Haynesville Formations. Comstock, Mitsui, and Aethon have recently leased acreage in that survey.
I expect there will be ore leasing in the coming months.
