Good luck with that. The private attorneys I contacted went silent after I emailed them the leases that I wanted evaluated. It appears that many attorneys in Utah who say they have experience in mineral rights are beholding to the drilling companies. I also asked the NARO for references and they never got back to me.
I contacted him and he evaluated leases from two different companies. Advised me against both of them and negotiated a lease with more favorable terms.
