I didn’t see any mineral sale offers around sec. 34, but there are few lease comps - they’re kinda hard to see, so I underlined them in red. The best fairly recent one is a few sections north from 2017 for $310/ac | 18.75% by Fusion Oil. The others are all $100 from Whitmar Exploration
