My new division order decimal interest is 50% less than what I calculated. It turns out that the oil company is only paying for half my owned acreage. I’ve received a spreadsheet with their calculations and this is exactly what it reads: TR9 allocated owners (TR9 acres not included)-acreage reduction 0.50031230 I understand the concept as to why there may be an acreage reduction but I’m looking for a person who can verify if this is a legitimate reduction. I’ve contacted my ND attorney, busy for months; ND Royalty Oversight - also very busy.
