I got an offer in Township 24 North Range 52 East of the M.P.M. Section 4: lots 1,2,3,4, S1/2S1/2 for 16 percent, 5 years, and $100 an acre for 8 acres. This will be my first time signing a lease but the previous offer was much higher. I’m looking for 20 percent, 3 years, 1000 an acre.
Anyone know of any leasing companies to contact?
