I got an offer in Township 24 north range 52 east of the M.P.M. section 4: lots 1,2,3,4, s1/2s1/2 for 16 percent, 5 years, and $100 an acre for 8 acres. This will be my first time signing a lease but the previous offer was much higher. I’m looking for 20 percent, 3 years, 1000 an acre.
Anyone know of any leasing companies to contact?
