Looking for completion reports

I’ve not been able to find completion reports for Validus Energy wells:

Bighorn 0706-033427-1HW

Bighorn 0706-033427-2HW

The OCC has issued final orders on these wells recently.

What is the rule about operators paying interest when royalties are not paid in a timely manner?

Lookup the wells here for production numbers: Oklahoma Taxpayer Access Point

First production was in May, so look for a royalty check in November. Might be entitled to statutory interest after that.

Also, I always start looking for completion reports after OCC final orders on a well.
