I’m looking for companies I can contact regarding leasing my mineral/land in Caddo County, OK. It’s located at 0000-07-10N-11W-2-010-00.
A 3yr lease we had before ended last year, and the company is no longer in business. I’m fairly new to all this, since I inherited the land when my father passed away.
Welcome to the forum. If companies want to lease, they will find you. Make sure that your probate information is filed in the Caddo County courthouse as that is how they will find you. Not much activity there right now.
