Does anyone recommend an honest appraiser/evaluater for tracts in Colorado and Wharton? We have not used the lease for 30 years. They used to pay us royalties but stopped for some reason. Inherited the tracts. Any information on who to trust would be helpful. Can fly out there to meet appraiser/evaulater in person.
