I’m new here! Joined because I am trying to find out more of what is happening in Reeves. As is with many others here, my family has some mineral interests. They are currently under lease, with the primary term expiring September 1. We have not been approached by the current lessee or any others about a new lease or a renewal–which makes me suspicious because I know how active that area is. In any event, does anyone know of activity in Section 2, Block 55, Township 7, Texas & Pacific Railroad Company Survey? Or better yet, can someone tell me how I research this? Many thanks in advance!
