I am looking for the following property..
N/2 of the NE/4 of the NE/4 of survey 368 Block 1-A H&TC RR CO. survey
This is in Coke County of Texas.
We just learned that we own the mineral rights. Last lease was probably 1976.
Apparently my mother received an offer to lease in 1985 but nothing was done with it as far as we can tell.
