I have land in Bee County ( just south of San Antonio) and am receiving phone calls from land men to Top Lease my property. I am looking for a professional to do some research on what leases are going for in this area (I have an idea but think the prices could be higher)
and negotiate a new lease for me. If anyone knows of an expert in this area of Texas on mineral rights leases please let me know.
