This company provides natural resources essential for the world's economic and social development. You will manage a very large and complex mineral and surface title portfolio. Actively manage our surface and mineral title position, including title access through application or acquisition & title maintenance, Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current & proposed legislation impacting title & land access, providing advice &support to the project teams. Develop and maintain our surface and mineral title mgmt information system, such that information is current, relevant and easily accessible. Proactively contribute to decision making within the potash development team Key relationships will include internal stakeholders within the company externally w/government land & title authorities. Must have significant mineral title & land management experience. Strong systems capability and process discipline, sound commercial and legal knowledge. Excellent planning, communication, presentation and reporting skills are mandatory, tied with relevant qualifications. Time is of the essence and I need someone quickly.
