Mineral are low right now since oil is still down. If you can, wait a couple years and you will probably double your money.

Thanks for the excellent advice. That is what I had decided to do. Plus...it gives me time to learn all I can about the oil and gas business before deciding what to do. An awful lot to learn!!!
