Also-Does anyone know what the average per ROD is in Atascosa County for a pipeline easement?
Here's a blog on the subject:

I haven't used the attorney who wrote this -- Eric Camp -- but I've heard others on this board and elsewhere speak highly of him. He may have changed law firms since this was written, but you can track him down by contacting his old law firm.
Good luck!
Valentina,
Did you get the answer you were looking for? I have been contacted by EOG to run a pipeline on my land near Christine, TX. I was wondering what you found out or if you have any information that would help me. I have received the pipeline right-of-way and easment agreement, but we haven't talked any $$$$ yet for the easment or the pipeline itself.

I am trying to get information regarding the One OK Sterling III pipeline easement; could this be the same; I too need information; I was contacted by the right-of-way agent who showed us their agreement and talked over damages and a possible offer back in the latter part of June 2012; but the 1st offer was minimal..so we rejected; I haven't heard from them since though I was told they would come back with a new agreement and offer; if this is the same pipeline; have you received new information you might share with me? Thank you.

James,
I have yet to meet with the guy from EOG about this pipeline. I am in Corpus Christi and he is in Pleasanton. We can't seem to find time when we can actually meet and go over the paperwork b/c I work and it is just hard to get together. I really have no information yet. He wants to get together in person before they will talk any figures or numbers. I am still trying to meet with them now. Seems like a slow process so far. He told me they were up to my fence and they could go around if they have to, but he would rather not if he can help it.
I will keep you posted,
Ronnie
