Hey there, we have mineral rights in the Southern Part of Lea County between 31 and 35 and was wondering what the going rate for bonus and percentage is currently? New to all of this and fascinated by it to be honest. Thanks for your help!
Welcome to the forum. You need to be specific with a section, township and range. Geology changes across the county.
Sorry about that. I thought I had added that;-)

MRC Permian is leasing extensively in those sections. A few other groups as well. Most of the leases are posted as Memorandum of Lease, so no info available. The only other ones I can see are at 20% back in 2024. Bonus amounts are not public.
Matador has permits for horizontal wells in the northern part of the township. Wise to get a good oil and gas attorney to help negotiate the clauses in the lease as the draft will be in the favor of the operator.
how do i find the other groups who are leasing in that area?
We have several interests in eastern Lea Co. Only two producing that we know. I need someone to research the interests to sell or organize.
following
Dogwood Expl, Grizzly Land Services, Kastleford Land, Longboat Energy, SP Permian, Thor Operating, Lottie York are in the township in the sections to the north. MRC is the main one in your sections.
I have mineral rights in Eddy County, NM.
Too vague on Eddy. You need to ask a specific question in the correct county.
I am waiting to see what is the final offer/agreement for sec 31, twsp 23 south, Range 36E. One offer was $500 per NMA w 20%, hoping for $1250-$2500. would prefer 25% over the bonus amount, but will see what happens next week.
I was just wondering if anyone else on here has mineral rights in Eddy County N.M.
I have minerals in Eddy County, NM. This past spring I received many division orders from Mewbourne energy.
Yes, I did also. I am still trying to learn about what this division means. It sounds like they are combining the drilled fields.
This in lea county? Matador?
When you receive division orders, they are a contract which states how much you will get paid on the well(s) listed according to your net acres, the drilling spacing unit and your royalty.
Yes Lea Co. any info is appreciated.
