OK so I’m very new to this. I’ve been out of this circle for a while now…ok I never really was in this circle but just started getting my royalties check again after 2-3 years or so.
Here’s what I have so far…
- I’ve found that I have lease in Logan County, Oklahoma
- The name of the wells are REUPERT 1-21MH
- There are several other family members on the the same lease, I guess that’s the case anyway.
- The Longitude and Latitude are: -36.1028277778, -97.4264083333
- My owner number is XXXXXXXXX. (I hope it’s ok that I released that number like II said I have no idea whats ok and whats not ok)
- I know that I got one check before White Star went into Chapter 11.
- I am in desperate need for money as my wife takes a special kind of medication and the is no insurance. (Beside the point).
- I know that Devon Energy had it before White Star Petroleum.
Things I’d like to know:
- Am I a landowner?
- Can I sell my part of the lease?
- If so, what is the fastest means?
- There are so many things I’d like to know…am I missing anything
yet, lol.
