I own royalty interest in the Lula Mason Gas Wells in Limestone County. Other than referencing the Texas Railroad Commission, does anyone have any information on these wells? Lodestone is the operator and I’m not sure this company is operating under the Texas Railroad Commission’s Oil and Gas laws and guidelines. Any information will be helpful. Thank you!

Thx for reaching out. I haven’t received a check in several years and I realize the market has affected the revenue. But the former Field Mgr suggested I look further into the company’s records and production vs what’s being submitted to the Texas Railroad Commission. I’m at a loss at where to start. Thank you!
The wells that are still active in the field are at very low rates. Lodestone is still listed as the operator. Encrescent LLC is listed as the gas gatherer. Suggest that you contact the operator and ask why you are not getting paid. Some of the wells are finished, so depends upon where your acreage is within in the field. Send the letter by certified mail return receipt requesting payment and interest if due.
