Anyone in Terry County approached for leasing? We’ve had two companies express interest. We went with the one who wanted the entire 640 acres. Any active drilling? The second company who only wanted a portion, indicated they were amassing acreage for horizontal drilling.
Please provide the location of your minerals. Section, Block, Township, and or Abstract number. I have minerals in Terry County and would be interested in knowing where there is interest in leasing.

We just received another call today to purchase our leased acres. It was a low ball offer. This was last leased in 2011 and now we are getting calles and offers. Just curious what is going on to create such interest.

I see a horizontal permit just over the border to the west in Block K A-998 (sec 23) going north into A-1643 (sec 18). Just west of Block D-14 sec 27 and 22. I see a N-S line of leasing in Block D-14 in sections 43,48, 49 and 54. Looks like something is in the works.

I pushed send too quick. So it looks like we own all around the square that you had originally highlighted for me. We just don’t own below it at least that’s what I’m seeing. It’s all under my great grandparents name.

I forgot to add section 32. So, in D-14, we own portions of 29,32,35,36. Total 640 acres. Let’s hope drilling takes place.

They are the same. Occidental Permian is the Operator listed on the permit for the Johnny 1H well.
