Just received an offer for $300 and 1/5 for a 3 year lease in S30 4N 6W. The area was leased back in 2018 for $500 and 1/4 and nothing happened. Gulfport has some wells in the area with some geological data showing estimated thickness of the Woodford formation. There were other offers at 3/16th, 15% and 1/8th. I generally look at only the highest. They are being tight lipped on the operator. I am sure some digging and we could find who Lincoln flips leases to.
