I’ve been approached with an offer for a lease for my mineral rights located Section 35 Township 12 North Range 4 East. The offer is $125 and 3/16% for 3 yrs. Is this reasonable and has anyone else been approached or know of any drilling in the area. I think the agent is working for Devon.

I am in Section 22 and have been offered only $100 an acre and 3/16% for 3 years by another agent, not from Devon, so this is very reasonable I think. Have you heard anything about Section 22 Township 15N Range 5? The people that offered are from Equal Corporation.
