What have the going bonus rates for 1/5 royalty in 16N-5E? When discussed with the land agent, 1/5th royalty was impossible or low-ball bonus is being countered. Agent said that he was limited to 3/16th.
What is the expected producing zone?
Any idea on projected oil/gas rates?

Not much drilling yet in 16N-5E. But the drilling should start soon because the leasing is very active in 16N-5E. There has been 1/5 royalty given on several tracts in 16N-5E.
